To Hell And Back is a supernatural drama film, written and directed by Lee A. Chrimes.
After enduring the worst night of his life, with his girlfriend Rachel in the arms of his arch rival Lucas, Chris takes a ride on a lonely highway and is directed down a mysterious off-ramp straight into Hell itself - the city of the iniquitous and the vile! However, Chris is about to be offered a chance to choose his own fate courtesy of Hell's management - while back on Earth, Rachel is about to discover Lucas is not all he seems...
"Not the first screenplay I ever wrote, but one of the earliest that I still have a copy of. This was a script inspired largely by the soundtrack to David Lynch's Lost Highway back in 1997 - I plotted various parts of the outline based off the music, despite not actually seeing the film until several years later!
What you've got here is my own representation of how Hell could be, if such a thing existed, and readers of Somewhere InBetween will notice a lot of purposefully familiar elements in amongst this lot."
